Licence

Free to use. Not free to copy.

The whole licence fits on one screen. In short: install it on as many of your own computers as you like, use it for anything, keep what it makes. Do not resell it, redistribute it or ship it inside something else. Your files are yours. There is no warranty.

MoveMyCode Licence
Version 1.0, 6 September 2026

Copyright (c) 2026 MoveMyWork. All rights reserved.

MoveMyCode is free to use today. It is not open source. MoveMyWork may charge
for future versions or for parts of it. If that happens, the version you
already installed keeps working under the terms you installed it with.

1. What you may do

You may download, install and use MoveMyCode, in the form MoveMyWork
distributes it, on any number of computers you own or control, for any
   purpose, including commercial work.

You may read the source code if MoveMyWork makes it available to you, in
order to understand how the program works or to check what it does.

2. What you may not do

You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute MoveMyCode, in whole or
in part, in any form, whether as source or as a built program.

You may not modify MoveMyCode and distribute the result, or ship a product
that includes MoveMyCode or any part of its source.

You may not remove or alter the copyright, licence or third-party notices.

You may not use the MoveMyCode or MoveMyWork names, logos or the diamond
mark to suggest MoveMyWork endorses anything it did not make.

3. Your work is yours

MoveMyCode runs agents on your files, on your computer. Everything those
agents write, and everything you type, belongs to you. MoveMyWork claims no
rights over it and does not see it. MoveMyCode sends nothing to MoveMyWork.

4. No warranty

MoveMyCode is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement. Agents can delete or overwrite
files. Keep backups. In no event shall MoveMyWork be liable for any claim,
damages or other liability arising from the software or its use.

5. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you break its terms. When it ends you
must delete every copy of MoveMyCode you hold.

6. Future versions

MoveMyWork may release later versions under different terms, including
paid terms. Those terms apply only to the versions they ship with.

7. Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
